I am a fully trained Therapist with many years of counselling experience in working with people on a variety of issues. This includes couples/relationship work, pre-marriage sessions, and supervision.

I am also an experienced facilitator of workshops and seminars on Relationships, Stress Management, Group Facilitation, Self Awareness and other small groups and workshops. Contact me for further information.

Dianne Spain, Counsellor

Dianne is a qualified counsellor and has been counselling for fourteen years. She has a Diploma in Counselling from Auckland University, a Certificate in Relationship Counselling from Auckland University and is a member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (NZAC).

Dianne has been trained in a variety of counselling methods including: Person Centred, Solution Oriented, Refocussing Therapy, Interactive Drawing Therapy, Sandplay Therapy, and Imago Therapy.

During her years as a counsellor, Dianne has run a Counselling Department with a team of ten Counsellors, has been a counsellor dealing with a variety of people and their issues (including relationship/couples work), and has organised, managed and written programmes, and lectured in a Pastoral Care and Counselling Course.

Recently Dianne went to Rwanda with a team of counsellors to teach and train ministers, social workers, and counsellors to work with people in trauma.
